The Villa
“Casa Nicole”, suspended between land and sea, is located 3 km from Sciacca and a 40-minute drive from Agrigento.
Renovated by Studio Bernardi, now owner, the villa has preserved its authenticity and ancient charm inspired by the location; clay and sea nuances are indeed the two vibrant colors that highlight the unique style of the house.
Embedded in a spacious garden, the villa offers stunning views over the sea all around, reachable through a short 4-minute walk.

The villa consists in three luxury holiday apartments of different dimensions that well suit the guests’ needs. Let's discover them together!
Ground Floor Apartment
It is the largest apartment, featuring 8 beds to comfortably host two families.
Ground Floor Studio
Overlooking the sea, it can accommodate up to three people and features a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
Igloo
Cool and with an original igloo shape, this flat is available with one or, if necessary, two rooms.
First Floor Apartment
The apartment features a spacious terrace, a main bedroom with double bed and one twin room.
